Adit sharing his personal history with training.

Students have a tendency to pretend that they know things when they actually don't, hence they never learn new things. It's usually due to ego.

Today's episode is when he took his PPL.

There's no PPL for Malaysia when it comes to training for CPL because the paperwork is hellish. This is because the serial number isn't the same.

For Adit's case, he had to take the PPL, hence he receives the privileges of a PPL.

He wanted to take a passenger aboard.

He was doing circuits, for the first was normal, and the second, he was on finals.

"You are cleared for a low approach"

So what he did was, he just followed a low approach on the PAPI. 4 red.

A low approach is essentially a go-around. It's a low pass, without touching down.

Next question; incident vs accident.

As a pilot you have to report both incidents and an accident. But you must know the difference.

25000 dollars or more is an accident in USA

If something happens to you or the aircraft, hence it is an accident.

If it's an incident, it is less.

Tyre burst is an incident.

Engine fire is an accident.

There has to be a study on any accident or incident that happens, so they have it posted on a general forum for pilots to be able to read. (In Western World, because Asia doesn't like to disclose much information)

Not many people understand the differences between a fuel injected engine and the carburetted engine (G1000 vs G500)

We need to learn more about how it works.

The fuel injected compresses and you put it across into the ignition chamber directly

The carburetted doesn't have a spray to directly do that
