What if... 1957?

This story began as an idea, sparked by my English teacher in my 5th year of high school. The assignment was simple, write an essay based on the title given. My classmates thought of essays on what would happen if Malaysia hadn't achieved independence that year, but I immediately thought of a Science Fiction story.

Rosalinda Violetta is a character that was inspired by Doctor Who, but not one of the newer Doctors, Rose isn't fun and charming like David Tennant or Matt Smith. The universe is in danger, at any time, all of time and space could implode on itself. Her race, the Time Agents, similar to Time Lords, created Time Travel, but not for any good. The Time Agents used it for their personal enjoyment which caused a terrible amount of damage on the space time continuum. Freezing them in time, Rose bears the burden of correcting her people's mistakes to ensure the safety of the Universe.

However, she runs into a jeopardy-friendly human, Gregory Smith, who has a knack of running into trouble. So the alien decides to keep him with her, maybe she'd be able to keep an eye on him to keep him out of harm's way, but things don't go as well as she thinks.

Greg is this socially awkward guy who has bad luck everywhere he goes. He makes a lot of trouble for Rose, but despite all of that, the alien has a lot of patience. Rose would never admit it, but she actually brings him along because she's obviously lonely, and, much like the Doctor, she needs someone to show-off to. Prideful beings, Time Agents.

How Greg and Rose met is actually super interesting, and I hope I will be able to write an origin story for the two time travelers.
