Sakura Haruno’s high school life is average, just like anyone else’s. She initially loathes it, but as she grows older she takes notice of how fast time is passing and that she should appreciate it despite the numerous things that exist to upset her. She has a group of friends that she treasures, and a group of people who she chooses to avoid because she’s aware that they hate her guts and she doesn’t really care what they say about her.
Her studies aren’t bad, either, because she knows that she needs an excellent resume and awesome results to be make it into med school with a scholarship.
So, in short, Sakura Haruno leads a pretty dull and boring life, but it’s safe.
Her best friend, Ino, can get all the boys she wants, and she doesn’t get involved in her romance, so she believes that she’s safe. She doesn’t need a boyfriend right now, anyway, being a doctor is her dream, and it’s all that matters at the moment.
So, if it’s all that matters, why is she here, pinning the son of a multi-billionaire against his very very expensive car with her lips very close to brushing with his, if having a boyfriend really doesn’t matter?
“Please!” it’s not what anyone would think. “I’m begging you I’ll do anything!” it really isn’t.
His eyes flicker in amusement at her desperation, and the temptation to smash her huge forehead against his skull is great but that isn’t the point. “Sorry, dear” in the next second a slightly smaller version of the man rams into her and pushes her off the older man. She’s on the floor, underneath a policeman who looks exactly like--
“Sasuke?” the multi-billionaire echoes in interest.
“Is she trying to mug you, nii-san?” The cop asks and Sakura wants to faint when Itachi Uchiha smiles evilly back at her.
