When flight crew become aware that the aircraft is in a danger, prohibited or restricted area, leave the area immediately and do not descend whilst in the area.
If your ETA changes more than 2 min, then you must inform ACC
Aircraft may cross an airway provided that;
Crossing made at 90 degrees to center line and at base of the airway when the base is defined as a flight level
Red flashes = move clear of the landing area
Visual Contact Approach = IFR aeroplane is carrying out part of an approach or the final segment of an approach with visual contact of the terrain

In Malaysia, speed limits are applicable to
Class C - VFR traffic = below 10000' 250 KIAS
Uncontrolled airspace (Class G) = IFR and VFR = Below 10000' 250 KIAS
Uncontrolled airspace = quadrantal = 5000' to 25000'
VOLMET transmits METAR, TAF, SPECI, SIGMET from Singapore Radio on (long range) HF frequencies
To operate under IFR and VFR within controlled airspace, minimum radio and navigation equipment required are one VHF set and one radio compass
Aerodrome Traffic Zone
= vertical height of 600 m (2000')
= a circle within a distance of 1.5 NM from its boundaries (but at least 2.5 NM from the center of its airfield)
Ceiling
=> below 20000' (6000 m)
=> clouds covering 1/2
=> above ground or water
Cloud Ceiling
=> the same as ceiling but it is above aerodrome elevation
Preservation of Weight Schedule = 6 months

Certificate of test = 1 year
IR = 1 year
Area QNH = 6 hours validity
Validity period for all met reports are 6 hours
2 min (take-off) Medium and Light wake turbulence

5700 kg or more = 2 pilots must fly
Malaysian Air Law refers to AERAD charts
